This website has no forms and does not collect any personal data. When you contact the practice by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the information you share (name, number, details about your pet, message) is received directly by the practice.
Purposes
This information is used solely to answer your request, arrange your appointment and follow up on your pet. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Recipients
Only the practice staff can access your exchanges. Messages sent via WhatsApp or e-mail pass through those services, under their own terms of use.
Retention period
Exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or added to your pet’s file if you become a client of the practice.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. A Google Maps map is embedded on the Home and Contact pages to show the practice’s location: when it is displayed, Google may receive your IP address and use cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Security
Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS). No personal data is stored by the website or in your browser.
